At My Favorite Things, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment or apparel is unworn and clean.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
